Our 'WHS HALO SYSTEM10' Profile comes with a ten year guarantee and one year Hardware guarantee as standard.

 

Ten Year Guarantee

 

All our work carries a ten-year guarantee for our Profile and one year Hardwareguarantee as standard. All of Star Windows (GB) Ltd Conservatories, windows and door installations are covered by our 10-year uPVC profile guarantee.

The guarantee covers material defects in profile materials, panels and uPVC frames. In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the ten-year period, Star Windows (GB) Ltd will simply replace the affected product. We will do our best to match any previous installation, but due to availability of materials this may not be possible.

Hardware items including handles, locks, hinges and door furniture are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation, and longer where our supplier offers a longer guarantee term to us.


 QANW & Insurance Guarantee Association


Our customers have the option of an insurance backed guarantee, provided by the QANW Insurance scheme. This means that should Star Windows (GB) Ltd cease to trade for any reason, any guarantee claim you may make will be covered.

Returns

• Goods purchased that have been used can be refunded with a 20% returns charge applied. This applys to Supply jobs ONLY.

• If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of your purchase.
  Again a 20% returns charge applied. This applys to Supply jobs ONLY. 

• The purchaser is requested to return the original invoice.

• Please address return parcels to: Star Windows (GB) Ltd, 16 Rolfe Street Smethwick, Birmingham, West Midlands, B66 2AA

 - It is also the purchasers responsibility to pay for the return of items. -

• Star Windows reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Deliveries

• All purchases are dispatched direct by Star Windows (GB) Ltd delivery van and a signature is required on delivery at the address given by the purchaser when placing an order.

• All goods remain the property of Star Windows (GB) until delivery and full payment of products.
